The education/training eLearning programs below are to assist all Users with their understanding and effective utilization of the Action Tracker application.


The target groups for the eLearning program are Directors /Deputy Directors / Division Managers within each department and the County Manager performing the following functions as stated below within the application

  • Search Grants, EA’s, and Contracts
  • View Details of the Grants, EA, Contracts and reports
  • Create/Edit Grants, EA’s and Contracts(Deputy Directors / Division Managers only)
  • Approve EA’s



The target group for the eLearning program is Department Viewers within each department performing the following functions as stated below within the application

  • Search Grants, EA’s, and Contracts
  • View Details of the Grants, EA, Contracts and reports



The target groups for the eLearning program are Creator/Administrator within each department performing the following functions as stated below within the application

  • Create Grants, Executive Actions and Contracts
  • Administrative functions of Managing Back Up Approvers, Managing Approval Transfers, Managing Grantors and Providers and Managing Distributions Groups
